School transport
Buses carrying children, where speed management and vehicle visibility are the baseline expectation of every parent.
School transport is subject to the same speed-limiter requirement as any other PSV, and controlled speed with a current certificate is the minimum a school is expected to demonstrate. Tracking answers the other routine question — where the bus is now — which is what most enquiries from parents actually amount to.
